A covered outdoor entertaining area with barbeque is perfect for cooking and enjoying a meal outdoors protected from the elements.
A record player (with selection of vinyl), Sonos sound system, games, books, table tennis table and billard table will keep you entertained when you just want to stay in.
The immediate acreage around the home ideal for kicking a footy or soccer ball.

It is not only the spectaular views that make Merrivale Hill a special place to stay. The property is home to our herd of Speckle Park cows (Oreo and Cookie pictured below), kangaroos, wombats, and all manner of bird life.

After the snow melts, people travel from all over Australia to embrace the incredible mountain biking trails, fishing in the Delatite, Howqua and Goulburn rivers or boating on Lake Eildon.
